In spite of yellow pollen and itchy eyes, I love spring in Huntsville. Our dogwood is just beginning to bloom, the the white blossoms look like lace when you drive through the city. Spring means birthdays too, Shannon's and mine, and it won't be long until we can add Taplin's birthday to the April calendar.
Louie's had a plenty of exercise and fun this week having Allen working at home several days. The weather was nice for long walks. He enjoys watching all of the action in the house from the stairs, but this time he just couldn't keep his eye open any longer. Louie went to the vet this morning for a routine checkup for a dog check for heartworms and his bordatella vaccine. He's lost a whole pound, down to 26 lbs. 4 oz. Big pug with a big personality!
